UPCOMING EVENTS

Through the end of the year, we’re taking kiddo-sized cold weather accessories to benefit the clients served by the Erie branch of USCRI. The US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants is an NGO non-profit committed to welcoming and helping those who come to our city and county looking for a better life for them and their families. However not all are equipped for an Erie winter and boy can those be brutal! So thank you in advance for your willingness to do some philanthropic crafting for our fellow neighbors — items can be brought to Stitches at 1902 Cherry St. in Erie any time we’re open between now and the end of 2026.

On Saturday, October 17th, come enjoy Halloween vibes at Stitches. Beginning at 4pm, there will be time to hang out, have your tarot read, imbibe in brews and potions, and enjoy other seasonal festivities. Then at 6:30, the lights will go low (but not off so you can see your project!) and we'll start up the OG Practical Magic.

Stitches of Erie is excited to be participating in the first ever PA Yarn Quest this summer. From May 1-October 31, explore the shops and farms of Pennsylvania that keep the crafting scene thriving and growing. You only have to visit and make purchases at 10 shops to hit the first tier of prizes, and as you can see from the map (below), it isn't hard to hit 10 shops in western PA! Passports are $5 and available in-store only.
